What is the ruling on using the milk of domestic donkeys as a treatment for pregnancy, given the prohibition of eating their meat?

It is impermissible to eat the meat of domestic donkeys or to seek healing with their milk. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade the meat of domestic donkeys on the day of Khaybar, after it had previously been permissible. If its meat is forbidden, then its milk is also forbidden. Most scholars have reached a consensus on the prohibition of domestic donkeys, and it is not permissible to seek healing with forbidden things, for Allah has not placed the healing of the Ummah in that which He has forbidden to them.
