Is a woman permitted to refuse intercourse with her husband if she does not currently have the desire or need for it?

It is not permissible for a woman to refuse her husband if he calls her to bed, even if she is busy, unless she has a legitimate Shar'i excuse that prevents her, such as illness. Lack of desire is not an excuse that permits refusal.
