What should one do who feels extreme fear of not entering Paradise and of the torment of the grave and death, despite maintaining prayer, zakat, Hajj, and Umrah, yet sometimes neglects prayers for reasons he describes as trivial, and cries upon hearing the Quran?

You must think well of Allah and trust Him, for He does not punish those who adhere to His limits, avoid major sins, and perform His commands, as Allah says: "If you avoid the major sins which you are forbidden, We will remove from you your lesser sins and admit you to a noble entrance [to Paradise]," and His saying: "And [they will be told], 'This is the Paradise which you have inherited for what you used to do.'"

If you are upright in obeying Allah, then hope for His mercy and the highest Paradise, for the reward is commensurate with the deed, as Allah says: "And those who strive for Us - We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good."

Be keen on performing congregational prayers, and the fear of Allah should be a motivator for acts of obedience, not an impediment to them, otherwise it will turn into satanic whispers. As for the abnormal fear of travel, it is advisable to consult a psychiatrist.
