Why does watching Sheikh Omar Abdel Kafi cause feelings of fear and depression about not entering Paradise, despite religious commitment?

A Muslim should balance between fear and hope; strengthening the side of hope when Satan whispers despair, and strengthening the side of fear when Satan tries to assure him against Allah's wrath. This is indicated by Allah's saying: (وَادْعُوهُ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا) "And invoke Him with fear and hope," and His saying: (وَيَدْعُونَنَا رَغَبًا وَرَهَبًا) "and they used to invoke Us with hope and fear." The danger of despair and feeling secure from Allah's wrath is indicated by Allah's saying: (وَمَن يَقْنَطُ مِن رَّحْمَةِ رَبِّهِ إِلاَّ الضَّآلُّونَ) "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?" and His saying: (فَلاَ يَأْمَنُ مَكْرَ اللّهِ إِلاَّ الْقَوْمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ) "So no one feels secure from the plan of Allah except the losing people."

It is recommended to frequently read books of encouragement and deterrence (Targhib and Tarhib), books of biographies (Seerah), maintain prayer and remembrance (Dhikr), and engage in sincere repentance and turning to Allah.
