Is the feeling of entering Paradise due to having a good opinion of Allah and His mercy, and not due to the perfection of one's deeds, considered a mistaken feeling?

A Muslim must balance fear and hope. Having a good opinion of Allah is accompanied by excellence in deeds, whereas for the wrongdoer, their good opinion will not benefit them. Scholars have differed regarding the superiority of inclining more towards fear or hope, but the most complete approach is to moderate both, with love prevailing. Fear motivates action, and hope prevents despair.
