What is the reason for the revelation of Allah's saying: "Whoever disbelieves in Allah after his belief, except for one who is compelled while his heart is at peace with faith – but whoever embraces disbelief, then upon them is wrath from Allah, and for them is a great torment"?

The verse: {Whoever disbelieves in Allah after his belief, except him who is compelled thereto, while his heart is at rest in faith – but whoever opens his breast to disbelief, on them is wrath from Allah, and for them is a great torment} [An-Nahl:106] is not from Surat Al-Baqarah. This verse was revealed concerning Ammar ibn Yasir, as the polytheists compelled and tortured him to utter disbelief, but his heart remained at rest in faith. Abdullah ibn Abi Sarh is the one intended by His saying, the Exalted: {but whoever opens his breast to disbelief}.
