What is the ruling on a father taking his wife’s salary without her consent, knowing that he has a right to it?

It is not permissible for the father to take anything from his wife's money (the questioner's mother) except with her consent and good will, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The wealth of a person is not lawful except with his good will." If he does that, then he is sinful and unjust. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, issued a strong warning against oppressing women and incurring sin upon whoever violates their rights.
