Is it permissible to tuck the izar inside the sock in winter to prevent cold wind from entering the body?

There is no impediment to inserting part of the izar (lower garment) into the sock. The fundamental principle in this matter is permissibility, especially if it leads to a benefit. This does not prevent wiping over the sock, even if it is loose.
