Is it permissible to deal with the website (Biznas) if the reasons for impermissibility, represented by selling Gharar (uncertainty) and the condition of informing others to subscribe, are removed?

We have previously reviewed the fatwas of Dr. Sami Al-Suwailem and Sheikh Salman Al-Ouda, and we have leaned towards the prohibition of dealing with the company due to the considerations mentioned by Al-Suwailem and others we mentioned in previous fatwas.

If the company eliminates the Sharia-related prohibitions and clearly presents its program to trustworthy scholars before launching it, then there will be no objection to subscribing to it at that point.
