Procreation is a shared right of both spouses, and neither of them is permitted to prevent the other from it without a valid excuse. The reasons mentioned do not constitute an excuse for abstaining from procreation. Therefore, the wife must obey her husband in this regard, unless they both agree not to procreate, in which case there is no sin upon them.
