Is it permissible to take an interest-free loan from a bank that deals with interest (riba) with its other customers?

There is no harm in borrowing from a bank that does not offer interest-based loans or loans with forbidden conditions. If the employee can transfer his salary to an Islamic bank, then it is not permissible to transfer it to an interest-based bank.
