What was the religion of Moses and Jesus (peace be upon them), and is it correct to deny the existence of a Christian and Jewish religion?

Islam, meaning submission to Allah and monotheism in worship, is the religion of all prophets, including Moses and Jesus, peace be upon them. It is the religion accepted by Allah, and whoever seeks a religion other than it will be among the losers. Judaism and Christianity were originally heavenly religions, but their laws were abrogated by Islam. The Jews and Christians altered and distorted their scriptures, so most of what they now profess are doctrines and laws they innovated.
