Am I permitted to treat myself as one with سلس (incontinence), and perform ablution for every prayer, without concern for what exits me, given the abundance of gas and the lack of guaranteed sufficient time for ablution and prayer without its emission?

If it is possible to perform ablution and pray without anything exiting, then the person is not considered to have incontinence. However, if the emission is continuous such that there is no time to perform ablution and pray without anything exiting, then the person is considered to have incontinence and the rulings for one afflicted with continuous wind (incontinence) apply to him.
