What is the ruling on the prayer and ablution of one who suffers from continuous flatulence and incessant vaginal discharge, especially when there is no place for ablution in the mosque and after attempting treatment for the flatulence?

The questioner should know that God does not burden a soul beyond its capacity. If the gases reach the extent of سلس (incontinence), then ablution is not valid except after the prayer time has begun, and one obligatory prayer is performed with one ablution. However, if the gases do not reach the extent of سلس, then ablution is not tied to the time, and it is nullified by their emission. It is disliked to delay the prayer beyond its time because of them. As for discharges, only what is confirmed to have exited counts, and tracking and confirming them is an exaggeration in religion. Do not pay attention to doubts and delusions.
