What is the ruling on one who suffers from continuous flatulence during ablution and prayer, and is it permissible for him to adopt the fatwa concerning one who suffers from سلس (incontinence) that there is no harm for him in ablution and prayer even if gas is emitted from him, especially since frequent ablution causes him hardship and skin problems? And is there a medical treatment to get rid of flatulence and gases?

What is happening to you may be a waswasa (whispering from Satan), so you must turn away from it and not pay it any attention. However, if you are certain that gas is expelled every time you intend to perform ablution (wudu') and prayer, then your ruling is that of a person with salasal (incontinence); so perform ablution after the time for prayer has begun, and what exits will not harm you. Pray as many obligatory and supererogatory prayers as you wish until the prayer time expires. If you have not reached this firm certainty, then the default is that nothing has exited.
