What is the ruling regarding a wife who accuses her husband of adultery despite his swearing an oath on the Qur'an?

A wife accusing her husband of zina (fornication/adultery) without proof is a grave offense. She should be advised with wisdom, and the seriousness of her action should be clarified to her, explaining that these suspicions are a disease that harms her. They should also avoid situations of suspicion. If her suspicions lead to arrogance or disobedience in obeying him, then she is disobedient (nashiz), and the remedy for disobedience is outlined in Fatwa no. 30586.
