What is the ruling on a wife remaining with her husband who falsely accuses her of adultery?

A husband accusing his wife of immorality is forbidden, a slander, and a false accusation, giving the wife the right to bring the matter before a Sharia judge to punish him. However, this does not affect their marriage. The husband should be advised with wisdom and good counsel about the seriousness of negative assumptions, and the wife must be careful to avoid situations of suspicion, and adhere to modesty, the hijab, and the means of chastity.
