Is it permissible to eat beef cooked in a pan in which pork is cooked, and are pork fats prohibited as pork meat is prohibited?

Whatever is cooked or fried with pork in one pot is considered impure (najis) and it is not permissible to eat it or touch it. Likewise, it is not permissible to use pots and utensils that have been used for pork except after their complete purification, because pig fat and all its parts are impure and forbidden.
