How can the questioner avoid repeatedly looking at what is forbidden, and what is the path to chastity now that he is unable to marry another woman?

Looking at women is forbidden, and one must repent from it. Whenever a servant sins and repents with a sincere repentance that fulfills the conditions—one of which is the resolve not to return to the sin—Allah forgives him, as stated in the Hadith Qudsi: "Do what you wish, for I have forgiven you," meaning, as long as you repent with sincere repentance. Marrying a second wife may be a means to abandon forbidden looking, and it may even be obligatory for someone who fears falling into the forbidden and has the ability. One must be wary of the footsteps of Satan, stay away from places of disobedience and bad company, occupy oneself with acts of obedience, remembrance (dhikr), and beneficial deeds, associate with people of virtue, and increase in fasting.
