What is the ruling on swearing on the Qur'an not to ask the husband for divorce if he admits to treachery?

If the wife swears by the Qur'an that she will not ask her husband for divorce if he confesses his infidelity to her, and then she asks for divorce after he confesses, then she has broken her oath and expiation is due from her. Swearing by the Qur'an is considered an emphasis of the oath and does not change the ruling.
