Scholars have differed regarding the amount of suckling that makes marriage unlawful. The preponderant view is that it does not make marriage unlawful unless there are five known sucklings, as this is what the evidence supports. Therefore, this young man is not a to that girl as long as her mother has not suckled him five times. Avoiding marriage with her, as a way to avoid disagreement, is more cautious.
