Is it permissible to resort to trickery so that the daughter may benefit from health coverage after exceeding the legal age for coverage, by changing her name in the insurance to that of her younger siblings who are beneficiaries?

If the health insurance is cooperative and permissible, then it is not allowed to circumvent its conditions by changing the name of the patient whose coverage has expired to the names of her siblings, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions regarding what is permissible." However, if the insurance is impermissible, then it is allowed to benefit from it to the extent of the premiums paid, even through the aforementioned circumvention, if that is a means to obtain one's right.
