Can a married man, who was forced by his wife to sign a judicial document after she learned of his desire to marry another woman, marry again after searching for a solution to overturn this ruling?

If a man is capable of providing for and being just between two wives, he is permitted to marry a second wife. The first wife has no right to object unless she stipulated, and he agreed, that he would not marry anyone else. If the judicial summons aims to prevent him from marrying without a valid right, then the woman is not permitted to do so, and the man has the right to marry. As for the questioner, if she fears problems or divorce due to pressure from the first wife, it is better for her not to marry him, and to ask Allah to grant her a righteous husband better than him.
