Whoever abandons fasting , or paying , or performing Hajj, while denying their obligation, has committed disbelief (kufr), and their prayer is not valid. As for whoever abandons them intentionally and out of negligence, they have not committed disbelief, and their prayer is valid. However, whoever abandons prayer is an apostate disbeliever, and none of their acts of worship are valid.
