What is the share of each inheritor from the estate of a woman who died leaving no sons, daughters, or husband, whose full brothers are deceased but who has sons of full brothers, and who has half-brothers and half-sisters from the father's side only, and whose father and mothers are deceased?
If the situation is as described, the deceased woman inherits from her paternal half-brothers and half-sisters. The wealth is then divided among them, with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if there are brothers and sisters, male and female, then for the male is the share of two females." As for the sons of full brothers, they are excluded by the paternal half-brothers, as the latter are closer. The rule for prioritizing 'asabah (agnatic heirs) is based first on direction, then on proximity, then on strength. Inheritance cases must be submitted to the courts for investigation and to ensure there are no other heirs, wills, or debts that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
