Is it permissible for a woman to ask Allah to marry a man other than her oppressive husband in Paradise, even though she knows his condition will improve there?

A husband's harshness towards his wife and his ill-treatment of her contradict the Sharia (definition) directives concerning good companionship. If the wife is clearly harmed, she has the right to seek divorce. If she does not wish to divorce for the sake of the children, she should strive to reform her husband through prayer for him, advice, and seeking help from people of wisdom, as Allah Almighty says: "And if you fear a breach between the two, appoint an arbiter from his people and an arbiter from her people. If they both desire reconciliation, Allah will cause agreement between them." As for the afterlife, a woman will be with her last husband in Paradise.
