The divorce of an angry person is considered effective if he is aware of what he is saying; otherwise, nothing is binding upon him.

Suspending divorce on a past event is considered effective. If the suspended divorce is pronounced three times, it takes effect as three divorces according to the majority of scholars, and the wife becomes irrevocably divorced (baynunah kubra). Some scholars, however, are of the view that it counts as one divorce.

If you suspended your wife's triple divorce on her going out in the past, and this is not proven by two witnesses, then the divorce is not binding upon you. This is because evidence for divorce is not established by one woman alone. Therefore, your wife's going out, which would result in her divorce, is not proven by the testimony of your daughter.
