What is the ruling regarding the actions of a girl whom God has guided to know the correct path, and she performs the five daily prayers according to the methodology of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah, while her parents prevent her from praying in this manner and want her to pray according to their esoteric methodology or to abandon prayer to conform to society? What is the ruling regarding her action of changing her prayer method? And what should she do concerning congregational prayers that combine prayers, which she does not prefer, and concerning the mosque imam who asks her to finish her prayer quickly?

You must adhere to the methodology of the People of the Sunnah (definition) and the Community (Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah), for it is the path to salvation and protection in this world and the Hereafter. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, informed us that the Ummah would split into seventy-three sects, all of them in the Hellfire except one, which is that which follows what the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and his Companions followed. You must learn the rulings of the religion from trustworthy scholars known for adhering to the Sunnah, or from reliable websites that support the Sunnah. Combining two prayers is not permissible except for an excuse. If you are prevented from praying in the mosque unless you significantly shorten the prayer, then you may pray in your home. The matter is flexible if the duration of the Adhan (definition) (call to prayer) is sufficient for prayer.
