Will one who falls into usury unintentionally be held accountable?

If one falls into usury or other forbidden acts by mistake and without intention, there is no sin upon them. Error removes sin, as indicated by the verses of the Holy Qur'an: "And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred," and "Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity. It will have [the consequence of] what it has gained, and it will bear [the consequence of] what it has earned. Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred."

Similarly, it is mentioned in the noble Hadith that Allah has exempted this Ummah from error, forgetfulness, and what they are compelled to do. Error is intending one thing and encountering another, and forgetfulness is remembering something then forgetting it at the time of action. Both are pardoned, and there is no sin in them.
