Is it permissible to use usurious interest money for essential jaw treatment, given the inability to secure the amount from other sources?

If the money is in an Islamic bank, there is no harm in benefiting from its profits. However, if it is in a usurious bank and yields usurious interest, then this is impermissible, and the money must be withdrawn. It is not permissible to benefit from those usurious interests, but rather one must dispose of them by spending them on public welfare and charitable causes such as the poor, the needy, and building mosques and hospitals.
