Where can the text of the legal will be found on the website, and upon whom is its writing incumbent?

It is obligatory to write a will for anyone who has unproven rights against others or trusts without witnesses. There is no specific prescribed legal format for a will; the important thing is that it achieves its purpose. It is recommended that the will begin with the Basmalah (In the name of Allah), praise of Allah, prayers upon the Prophet, and the two Shahadas (declarations of faith), and then be witnessed to ensure its validity. Formats have been reported from the Salaf (pious predecessors), among them the will of Anas, which begins with the Basmalah and the two Shahadas, and advises his family to fear Allah and reconcile their differences; the will of Ibn Mas'ud, in which he entrusted his will to Allah and His Messenger, then to Al-Zubayr and his son; and the will of Abu al-Darda, which includes the two Shahadas, belief in Paradise and Hell, and the resurrection of the dead.
