Is it permissible to borrow money or accept money as a gift from an apostate who does not pray and earns his money from selling drugs, in order to buy a house in non-Islamic countries?

If all of the lender's earnings are from unlawful sources, then borrowing from him is not permissible. However, if his unlawful wealth is mixed with his lawful wealth, then borrowing from him is permissible, provided that the unlawful wealth does not dominate his assets, and that the borrower does not know that he will be given money from the very essence of the unlawful. Owning a home is not a necessity that permits usury, as long as renting accommodation is possible.
