Is money inherited from a father, which was not distributed fairly, then inherited by daughter (C) from her mother (A), considered permissible (halal) or forbidden (haram)? And is she obligated to give it away as charity (sadaqah)? If so, what is the amount that must be given, taking into account currency inflation and the injustice she experienced in her mother's inheritance?

If a person dies, their estate must be divided among their heirs according to Allah's command. Whoever takes more than their rightful share must return the excess along with repentance. What was taken without consent is not permissible to benefit from and does not transfer to the heirs of the taker; rather, the heirs must return it to its rightful owners. Compensation for a forbidden portion is not permissible; the forbidden portion must be identified and returned to the heirs, and its equivalent value deducted from the price. If the currency depreciates by a third or more, the difference must be compensated.
