What is the reason why the questioner does not see in his dream the cause of his illness, after supplicating and wishing that from God, so that he may know whether it is a tribulation, or a punishment, or due to an aggressor, especially since he has not found a medical diagnosis, nor any trace of a spiritual affliction, and his patience has run out?

The onset of illness may be a punishment requiring repentance and patience, or a trial and test that necessitates patience and contentment to attain reward, or discontentment and panic to incur punishment. For "when Allah loves a people, He tests them. So, whoever is patient will have patience, and whoever is impatient will have impatience." And do not curse fever, for it removes sins. Patience and contentment are obligatory, along with the understanding that Allah manages the universe with profound wisdom.
