Is it permissible to sell gharar in some cases, and what are these cases?

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, prohibited gharar (ambiguous/risky) sales because they involve injustice, animosity, and consuming wealth falsely. Gharar includes selling something non-existent, something that cannot be delivered, something completely unknown, or something specific whose type or quantity is unknown. Excluded from gharar sales are those dictated by necessity, those involving minor gharar, or those where the gharar is ancillary to the main sale. Among these exceptions are: real estate sales, sales of pregnant or lactating animals, sales of fruits after their ripeness becomes apparent, 'araya sales (bartering fresh dates for dried ones), sales of things hidden in the ground like carrots and radishes, and things included as ancillary to the sold item, such as the stuffing of a jubbah (robe), or things overlooked due to their insignificance or the difficulty in distinguishing them.
