Will non-Muslims enter Hell, even if they were righteous, including people like Rachel Corrie, based on the noble verse which states that whoever does not accept Islam will not have it accepted from him in the Hereafter?

Jews, Christians, and all who do not accept the religion of Islam are disbelievers, eternally abiding in Hellfire. However, we cannot say of the Christian woman mentioned in the question that she is in Hellfire, because it is part of the Muslim creed that one cannot definitively assign a specific person to Paradise or Hellfire unless Allah and His Messenger have ruled thus for them. If a disbeliever performed righteous deeds, Allah will reward them for those deeds in this world, but not in the Afterlife.
