Is it permissible to copy programs and use them for free in a writing and printing center? What is the ruling on the money earned from that? And what should be done with the unlawful money, some of which has already been disposed of?

It is not permissible to copy and sell software without the permission of its owners. If this is proven, then the seller must repent and pay the value of the software to its owners. The seller may keep the value of the discs on which the software was copied. If it is impossible to return the value of the software to its owners, then it should be given as charity to the poor and needy or spent on general public interests for Muslims.
