What is the ruling on saying "Bismillah" while eating when my family is playing music?

Naming [mentioning God's name] is prescribed for every praiseworthy and significant matter. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded it when eating and drinking. If you forget it at the beginning of eating, then say: "In the name of Allah, at its beginning and its end." The presence of music does not prevent the naming. If you are responsible for the house and the music player, then you are obliged to prevent this evil with wisdom. However, if you do not have authority over it, then you must forbid it with gentleness and good admonition, according to your ability. Disliking the sound of music without listening and paying attention to it differs from someone who desired and listened to it, and one may be excused in some circumstances.
