What is the ruling on greeting, mentioning God, and using common supplications when visiting family members who listen to music?

Addiction to music and listening to it are acts of the wicked, and the family should be advised against listening to it at home.

If music is present in the home but the family members are not preoccupied with it, there is no harm in greeting them and remembering Allah. However, if they are preoccupied with listening to it, it is not sunnah (definition) to greet them. The majority of jurists disliked greeting wicked people while they are engaged in their wickedness, while some held that it is not disliked if the intention is to distract them from what they are doing.

If one or both parents listen to music, they should be advised gently and kindly, without raising one's voice, abandoning them, or treating them poorly. It is also impermissible to sit in a place where there is an evil that cannot be changed.
