What is the ruling on selling through electronic sites, where the seller displays products before acquiring them, requests the amount to be transferred in advance from the customer, and then she herself makes the purchase and shipment?

This transaction is unclear, but if the merchant has bought the clothes and taken possession of them, she may sell them for any price.
