Is it permissible to collect six months' rent in advance?

There is no objection to stipulating the advance payment of the rent for the six months, because the full rent becomes due upon the conclusion of the contract, and the lessor has the right to demand it, unless they agree to postpone it. The rent becomes due upon the contract and is immediately payable unless postponed for a known term.
