Is the hadith: "O Allah, You have asked of us from ourselves what we do not possess except through You..." narrated by Al-Mustaghfiri in Al-Da'awat authentic?

The aforementioned Hadith has a weak chain of transmission, and it was deemed weak by Al-Azdi and Al-Albani. It includes "Dalhath ibn Jubayr," who is very weak. The meaning of the Hadith, despite its weakness, is that Allah has charged us with His obedience, which we cannot achieve except with His help and success. And that we should supplicate to Him to make our souls submissive to His commands and prohibitions, obedient and not disobedient.
