What is the ruling regarding a sister remaining with her addicted, unemployed husband, knowing that attempts to reform him and his pledges to abandon addiction and work have been repeated, but he reverts to his previous state?

This man must be advised and reminded of Allah, and warned against drugs and bad company. If he does not repent, the wife should seek divorce due to his drug addiction, as her remaining with him poses a danger to her religion, herself, and her children. If he does not respond, her case should be brought before the Sharia court.
