How can the Qur'anic verses mentioning "intoxicants/sakar" and "good provision" in Surah An-Nahl, and "benefits" for wine in Surah Al-Baqarah, be reconciled with the noble Prophetic Hadith that mentions the Prophet (peace be upon him) drinking nabidh, given the prohibition of Khamr (intoxicants)?

Alcohol was permissible in the early days of Islam, then it was gradually prohibited after several incidents, as people were fond of drinking it before its prohibition. The first verse that spoke about it is the Almighty’s saying: (They ask you about wine and gambling. Say, "In them is great sin and [yet some] benefit for people. But their sin is greater than their benefit.")
