There is no objection to having multiple intentions for a single permissible act, such as combining the intention of feeding the poor, giving charity on behalf of the sick, and on behalf of parents, when slaughtering an animal or performing any other act. The Fiqh Encyclopedia states that there is no disagreement among jurists regarding the permissibility of combining what does not require a specific intention with the intention of an act of worship.
