What is the ruling on the circulating leaflet titled "The King's Private Number," which connects the facilitation of affairs with prayer and supplication in the last third of the night? And does it contain any resemblance to the Creator or belittlement of acts of worship?

These pamphlets, which set parables for Allah Almighty and describe Him with attributes that do not befit Him—such as calling Him a "mediator" or including phone numbers for prayer or for Allah—contradict the Sharia (definition) and contain mockery of Allah Almighty, His verses, and His Messenger. This can amount to disbelief, as stated in His (SWT) saying: (So do not set forth parables for Allah) and (There is nothing like unto Him), and His (SWT) saying: (Was it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking? Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief). Mocking prayer by turning it into numbers, and mocking Allah by making Him contactable and giving Him a phone number, opens the door for fools to tamper, and diminishes the reverence of the Sharia. Furthermore, it likens Allah to His creation. Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen issued a fatwa (definition) prohibiting such pamphlets and mandating their destruction due to their containing lies and violations of the Sharia, and forbidding their dissemination.
