Is it permissible to postpone building a house in Sudan in order to spend on the mother's Hajj in Saudi Arabia?

Filial piety is one of the best acts of obedience and the greatest means of drawing closer to Allah. Allah has conjoined His gratitude with gratitude towards them. Among the greatest acts of kindness towards them is to spend on them for Hajj and Umrah (definition). For perhaps a supplication from them in those sacred places could be a cause for one's happiness and the facilitation of one's affairs. This is not an obligation; rather, the obligation is to spend on them if they are poor and to obey them in what is good. There is no sin upon one who builds a house with his money.
