What is the ruling on saying: "Allah is the Causer"?

The belief of the Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama’ah regarding divine decree (Qadar) is that everything occurs by the preordainment of Allah, and that Allah is the Causer of causes. To state that Allah is the Causer of causes is permissible, because it falls under the category of reporting information, not naming. The scope of reporting information about Allah is broader than the scope of His names and attributes.
