The question is not entirely clear, but if the intention is the natural inclination between men and women, then this inclination is innate in humans, as Allah Almighty said: {Beautified for people is the love of desires, from women} [Al Imran:14]. Allah began with women because the temptation from them is greater. And if the intention is chastity and having many children, then this is desirable and sought after. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged marriage, saying: "I have not left behind me any trial more harmful to men than women." A person is not held accountable for mere natural love; rather, they are held accountable if they use this love in what Allah has forbidden, and they are rewarded if they use it in what Allah has permitted.
