What is the wisdom behind the Prophet's prohibition of prayer in camel resting places, while the Prophet's Mosque was built where his she-camel knelt?

The prohibition against praying in camel enclosures and resting places refers to the locations camels regularly use as their dwellings and where they habitually rest, whether these places are built or unbuilt, or where they settle after returning from water. However, a camel temporarily resting in a spot and then moving on is not included in the camel enclosures where prayer is prohibited. If the characteristic of a place as a camel enclosure is removed, and it is purified and converted into a mosque, then the prohibition against praying there is lifted, because a ruling ceases when its underlying reason ceases.
